It is evident that we need a change of pace in the second half. If the coaching staff can find the guts to Change the PG spot, we will have a chance to fight for a playoff spot. As you all know, my choice all season has been to start Gallo and move Jose to the second unit; specifically, if we can't find a trade partner for him. If we can somehow find a trade that can help improve the roster/PG, it will be even better.

Another thing I also want to see in the second half is a less selfish Aflalo. He has done a decent job as our SG, but reminds me a lot of Amare. He doesn't need to look to shoot the ball every time he is in the lowblock; he can be even more effective if he looks to pass to an open men for a better shot. Furthermore, I also would love for Phil to give the GreekPeek a chance to back Aflalo at the SG spot.

Thank God Fisher is no longer our coach, now let's get Calderon out of here:)

This is one of the rare times I completely agree with you 1969. Afflalo seems to be trying to prove something. He should definitely look to balance his offensive game between scoring and facilitating. I think it will not only help the team balance out scoring, but will also help Afflalo become a more efficient player.

I love Aflalo, and I believe he can and will help the Knicks tremendously. However, in my eyes right now, he is playing selfish basketball; which contradicts what Phil really wants. It is his first season in the triangle; thus, I will give him a pass to adjust.

Side note, I see that Carmelo is getting all of our boys to buy in.

Melo needs to talk to his friend and teach him how to facilitate. I think it will happen.

I still think that Tony Wroten would help us. And Jose off the bench for 15 minutes would be a good, productive role for him. If he gets traded then Jimmer could fill that role.

Good concepts. In theory it should work that way. But theories don't play out and reality comes with Accountability. We can all spew what we think should be but we don't have consequences either good or bad. Just theories.

Afflalo is working to increase his trade value...
Does not work that well... unfortunately.
