Here's what we need to do to improve significantly:
1) Upgrade our coach. Luke Walton please.
2) Dynamic PG that isn't a liability
3) Better Bench - KOQ, Seraphin and Gallo all suck. They are terrible
4) Have Rolo work on his offensive game or ditch him
5) Have the offense run through "Good (Distributor)" Melo
6) Have KP mature and fill out
7) Have AA shoot and score more. In the post, from the 3, etc. Keep him on as our 6th man - Andre Iggy-style
8) Get Jerian more reps. We aren't winning the title this season, so we need to develop the PG.
9) Stop giving away draft picks.
10) Sasha V should never be on an NBA roster. I'd rather B-Diddy
