It's an interesting list. Clippers and Rockets are way too high. Knicks go from maybe 29 to 22 because of KP alone, although i would argue since this list is based on asset value, KP alone should propel this team even higher, as his upside and rookie contract make him one of the most valuable pieces in the entire NBA.
