The coaching staff is brutally bad. I looked at Rambis tenure in mini(he won 15 games his firt season), and I went through the first 32(thats how far i got up to) games, and the roster which featured, K love, al jefferson, johnny flynn, ramon sessions, corey brewer, to name a few.
http://espn.go.com/nba/team/schedule/_/name/min/year/2010/minnesota-timberwolves I notice he played the entire roster almost every game, and how he turned a very good talent (johnny flynn) into a suspect ass player, in fact, everyone on the roster suffered immensely trying to adapt to the triangle. Kahn hired Rambis in 2009 to turn around one of the league's struggling franchises. But Rambis went 32-132 in his two seasons, including a league-worst 17-65 in his second year on the job. Kahn wanted Rambis to retool the offense, which had elements of the triangle system used by Jackson, to a more up-tempo, fast-break-or-bust mentality. The triangle offense limits the point guard's ability to freelance and create, something Kahn wanted to change with Rubio's arrival for next season. jim Clemons https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jim_Cleamons His head coaching career was even worse than Rambis (if that's even possible) These two guys are fishers top assistants, and I know as a young coach with Zero experience he turns to those guys for advise and guidance. It is well known through out the NBA, that the assistants tend to handle the rotation and minutes for the most part, while the head coach focus on plays, in game adjustments, and match ups. When you look at teams like the magic and pistons, who's roster isn't all that much talented than ours, you have to look directly at the guys coaching those teams, which seemed to have a game plan, and a solid rotation every night. So while you guys dream about weird trades for players you think will make us better, think again about a coaching staff that has turned a number of good players into bad ones. These guys hatched on to phil jackson, and all made a name for themselves, and when they got their chance, completely made asses of themselves. I'm starting to feel sorry for fisher for being force to have these lame ass assistants, he needs real help ES

76% of those who participated thought 31-40 wins was about right. That means 3/4 of the faithful here did not think .500 was attainable. Im sure some of you have moved the bar up which is your prerogative, but ranting about like the team is an abject failure with a coaching staff not worthy of our group is bizzare. |

I think what's messing with a lot of people is that the East has improved. If we were 14-15 but also the 8th seed, I think there'd be a lot less complaining. But we're the 11th seed, so we can't just be mediocre and make the playoffs. We have to be pretty good to make the playoffs. ¿ △ ?

More than half the coaches in the NBA right now have never even played in the NBA, that was brought up on NBA tv a few days ago. I would say that you aren't paying attention and are grasping at straws to fit your square peg into round hole of an argument. http://espn.go.com/nba/player/gamelog/_/id/2421/sasha-vujacic Official sponsor of the PURE KNICKS LOVE Program
