You don't understand the offense if you think that the Triangle is the problem. The Triangle is just a system of BBall! The Triangle doesn't make players play slow or fast! The pace of the offense is on the players. If they slow it down then things will be slow. If they push the ball and attack things will be faster. Using the side Triangle is a choice not a hard n fast rule. They could run this system and never use the side Triangle.
They could run side Triangle and still play fast. I could show you if you really want to know.
