Fisher has been pissing me off since last season with his disrespect for continuity. It is to be expected because he was never a big time player to know what it takes when it comes to team chemistry. I know some here will want to choke me for this thread, but I don't give a darn. After winning just 17 games, this dude needs to prove that he can coach in this league.
Thank God Fisher is no longer our coach, now let's get Calderon out of here:)

Early must replace Sasha. Early or Seraphin needs to be the 11th man. Fresh legs and can make shots. Keep Lou around, because he is instant energy and can cause havoc on the offensive board

I just listened to fisher's post game interview and this dude has gotten me even more pissed with his answe regarding his Yoyo rotation. He wants to search for an answer every game, as such, he can't have a set rotation. I am sorry folks, I really can't see what some of you have seen in this dude.

Phil needs to limit the amount of players available to just 11 to force Fisher to adjust his thinking. I think this cat can be a much better coach when he is restricted.

i told you that in the other thread, he plans on playing 13 guys until he's fired at the end of the season(unless he makes the playoffs)

13 players per night will not be sustainable. If he doesn't watchout he runs the risk of losing his locker room; which would be a shame. If he finds ways to lose the next game, you will start to hear a lot of noise coming from that locker room

Not only is he using 13 players but he's using O'Quinn Seraphin Sasha and Thomas at the same time! Is he working for the Wizards?

Lmfao. I don't mind Lance at all, he makes shots, defends, and hustle. KO and Seraphin together on the floor told me the coach just doesn't have a clue

How do you play sasha (shooting 28% fg, 27% 3pt) ahead of Early and Dwill. You want to tell this doesn't smell of favoritism.

Fisher is a big part of why sasha is here, and is only playing him because their cool from their Laker days. It's fck up that he's sacrificing games because of his ego.

Whats worse is that Phil is sitting on his hands and letting this sht happen

“I’d like to not change the lineup all the time,” Skiles said. “Typically, that’s what you’re doing as a bad team — you’re searching all the time. We don’t want to be that type of team.”

This is how a mature coach often thinks

You miss the part about "a bad team"?

Basically Skiles is saying that he does the same thing but would prefer to avoid it.

I told you all it was a matter of time before you start hearing guys complaining about this Yoyo of a rotation Fisher is using; now both Grant and Williams are voicing their displeasure about it. Soon Carmelo will be forced to say something and all hell will go downhill from there. Specially, if we lose the next couple of games.

Base on Phil's view of a proper rotation, Fisher is violating every principle that his mentor/superior supports

Jackson: I think the most important thing about coaching is that you have to have a sense of confidence about what you're doing. You have to be a salesman and you have to get your players, particularly your leaders, to believe in what you're trying to accomplish on the basketball floor. We have a statement in our organization, "It's not what you do, but it's how you do it that matters." It's not whether you run the triangle offense like the Bulls run it, but whatever you do, as long as everybody does it and executes it. So you have to be able to preach that. You have to be able to manage a group of guys. In "Casey Stengel-ese," you have to keep nine guys happy and three guys not so sure whether they're unhappy or happy or just happy to belong to a club, because nine guys are going to get to play, the 10th a little bit and the 11th and 12th will have to be balancing it off. So they can't be a disruptive force.

I don't mind a deep rotation, But Im having a hard time figuring out the strategy in Fiaher's rotations. Fisher is looking for chemistry by trying different lineups, but he's ignoring what individual players bring to the table. Some bad combinations out there.

Putting DWill in the doghouse was a bad idea, and took away maybe the most important spark of the second unit. Different players have stepped up, but Williams always seemed to be in the mix. Hopefully Williams wont go into a funk. Said before the season started that Williams has to be ready for situations like this. Has to be ready for the next opportunity whenever it comes.

Fisher is doing the complete opposite of what Skyles does; he is using 13 men per game. Skyles move oladipo from the starting spot to the bench, because he knows that he can't have two ballhawgers on the floor in Oladipo and Payton at the same time. He plays oladipo like we are using Galloway, but only used 10 players. The most important difference is that none of the players he used played less then 12 minutes.

It does not take a genius to see that a lineup of Galloway,Sasha, Lance, Seraphin, and KO should never see the court in a professional game.
