Maybe this will be the result that forces a change in the ISO MELO philosophy. It's just lazy IMO to go to that so much. We have an entire team of options. ISO MELO is only one option. If things don't work no one else is available for a pass.

Looks like the ball was in his hands at 0.0. It was close as hell. Shoulda had more time...

but the bigger problem is the way the second unit coughed up two ten point leads in like four minutes tonight. Lin and Lamb killed that unit all night. That's the real story of the game.

I hate Melo Hero ISO Ball in the 4th quarter.

Really lost 2 in a row if the ref didn't blow the out of bounds call last night.

Starters looked great. Bench looked pretty bad. Galloway's worst game of the season, Grant got schooled by Lin, the bench bigs were pretty putrid.

Starters looked very very good though. Fisher should've brought them back sooner. Not the end of the world, but he couldn't find a bench combo that worked tonight.

Also, as bad as Gallo and Grant played tonight, I wonder if Fish thought about giving Sasha some burn and a chance to stop Lamb or Lin.

Most important take away from this game is that Porzingis is LEGIT. Knicks need to find ways to get him more good looks like he had in the first quarter.
