Elsewhere around the league, Rasheed Wallace continued to negotiate with the NBA champion Detroit Pistons, and Erick Dampier was stalling on accepting lucrative offers from Atlanta and Denver in the hope that the New York Knicks would be able to acquire him from Golden State.One factor working in the Knicks' favor was their willingness to take on Evan Eschmeyer's bloated contract, and there were several multi-team trade possibilities being discussed, an NBA source told The Associated Press on condition of anonymity.

He'll be glad to take Even Wackmier as long as they will take Shandon.

A deal like that would be welcomed anyday of the flippin week.


Dampier or Z would be great. Either or......Thing is if the Knicks get Damp they need a scorer out of the 4 spot. If they go for Z they could run with Sweetney with no prob.

If we can basically trade Mohammed for Damapier, that Van Horn trade becomes a total steal.

MSG Sportsdesk just mentioned that Dampier was hoping to be traded to the Knicks. I bring this up because they own the Knicks and wouldn't mention it if it wasn't about to happen. Stay tuned.

I've been saying it all along, if we can somehow land Dampier and Crawford, this will be a perfect offseason for us. Dampier would be a huge addition to this team, hopefully Zeke doesn't let us down.

The Warriors expect to lose free agent center Erick Dampier, their starter for most of the past seven seasons. Dampier, one of Foyle's closest friends, averaged 12.3 points and 12.0 rebounds last season before walking away from $17 million by opting out of the final two years of his contract.

Foyle expects Dampier to sign with another team later this week.

oh my gowd this is like so exciting, Isn't it. I mean come on, Isiah is he just not the BEST, and he is SOOOOOOO cute! All small and smooth! Like, oh my god, I can't believe I like said that.

I mean like if its on the news, is like so right there, Fur shur. Its like, Scott Lay Who? Ok, so its like done right, the Team is like, Oh my gowd, this is so great. Dahdday gets likes these cool seats near Jay Z and that other little cute black dude, SPike what ever, oh, wow, like maybe Woody allen will like smile now. Ouuuuug, now Trump will be there and he is like so gross! EEEEW those eyebrows.

I know you love Layden (or was it Nedyal), but according to various articles Dampier is the second strongest man in the NBA. Isiah wants someone who can at least provide some resistance to Shaq in the post. Do you have any credible alternatives?
