very weird. smh
Knicks should be improved: win about 40 games and maybe sneak into the playoffs. Melo, Rose and even Noah will have some nice moments however this team should be about PORZINGUS. the sooner they make him the primary player, the better

You can add Denver's draft and stash big, Jokic in that group too. I wonder what Stein, Okafor, and Portis will do too.

Ridiculous draft- I know people say we got lucky with Porzingis, but really I think it would have been very difficult to not get lucky with all the talent that was available.

The factor which many seem to downplay or overlook, is that of all the players mentioned, Porzingis is well to the rear in terms of physical development and maturity. Even Jokic is physically stronger than him at this point.

Look at the bodies on some of the guys being talked about...folks are not taking into consideration the big picture, and that always involves looking at the specific musculature and maturity of players, as well as their BB skills.

As a HS wrestling coach it was always interesting to see how specific kids developed from their freshman to senior years. Some started out with solid bodies from day one...others took a few years.

The guy who replaced me this year was a former wrestler who was a 119 lb string bean and a joke on the mat as a freshman...by his senior year he was 3rd best at his weight in NYC and about 20 lbs heavier.

KP is about 2 years behind some of the players mentioned above as far as his growth/maturation process- and I'm talking about weight training muscles and the aging process, and it's hard to imagine what the increased maturation will mean for his game and how he will eventually compare to others in his draft class, who are much closer to full maturity at this moment.

This is why I rarely get involved in the game by game rookie status "ranking" fluctuation which some engage in on a regular basis. Waste of time, IMO. Player has a great game, and suddenly everyone is extrapolating it into a great career (Was done with KP after a few of his great games, too.)

I'll just say what I said from early on with this draft. It was a deep one and a very good one, potentially one of the best in terms of depth. Many good players, and some will be great.

Just happy that we got a guy who's in the mix to be the best to come out of the class, and hopefully we'll see great improvement as he ages.

EnySpree: Can we agree to agree not to mention Phil Jackson and triangle for the rest of our lives?

In 50 games Porzingis showed he has a very low IQ on skills n strength in the paint area less than a lot of big-men in the 2015 draft-class. Our New York HYPE! on Porzingis high light stats are ridiculous when they dont include wins

Nixluva is posting triangle screen grabs, even when nobody asks - Fishmike. LOL So are we going to reference that thread like the bible now? "The thread of Wroten Page 14 post 9" - EnySpree
