NHL-Preseason
NFL-season gets cooking

No other month in the year do all four major sports play at one time..gotta love it

As an Irish guy living in NY, this is the quiet season for me. The Gaelic Football season is over (Dublin are All-Ireland champions again, as god intended); the european soccer leagues are only a month in, too soon to be too bothered about them; NBA hasn't started yet, and I don't really care about any other sports.

Here's hoping for a much better than expected Knicks season!
