this is a really nice development. kudos to silver if it happens.

knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%

Glad to hear it. Other leagues need to follow suit as well.
I keep hearing talk of just taking the top 16 game in the league, not the top 8 in each conference; however I have to imagine the teams' travel logistics will hold that up a bit.
