landry fields could be decent in the triangle. maxiel might revive his career here. stiemmsma is servicable. always like tayshaun but he has declined rapidly last time i saw him.
knicks win 38-43 games in 16-17. rose MUST shoot no more than 14 shots per game, defer to kp6 + melo, and have a usage rate of less than 25%

I'd be interested in these guys. No real shocker since they've been mentioned before, but I like their talent and age.

Seem to recall seeing that Jenkins signed with someone...just can't remember who.

Calathes back to Greece.

Freeland playing overseas, somewhere.

Isn't Fields trying to change his shooting to his other hand? I don't think it would be smart to revisit that.

Thx. John Jenkins went to the Mavs. Calathes did go back to Greece. Freeland signed with CSKA Moscow.

Darrell Arthur I'd take a look at- he was quite highly regarded a couple of years ago.

There isn't anyone left to get excited about

A little Earl Barron anyone? Not exciting but he is functional...

I would take Dorell Wright. We do not have consistent three point shooter and perimeter defender. I think Wright suits the role. He is not that old and I think he fits the triangle.

Another option is Henry Sims. He is a decent back up C to Lopez given Zinger plays PF.

Greg Smith. He would be a very good triangle center. Works really well around the paint.

Yep, I wonder if we can trade Early for Wright *UFA*, in a sign and trade, however, we simply do not need Early, Ledo, and Thanasis to develop
Would sign him to a 2year fully guaranteed deal, Wright has good size and 3pt shooting

In smaller deals, I would like to add James Johnson (SF/PF but could defend 3 to 4 positions) and Troy Daniels (PG/SG) is a small sniper like Mo Williams with good quickness that would run the PnR with Lopez
Both players are buried behind the depth of their respective teams, I think would help our roster improve much, and should be cheap to keep as both are expirings in the final year of their contracts

James Johnson has improved his 3pt shooting, ball handling, and OFF game much, who is already a solid 1v1 DEFENDER that is very under rated with good length, athleticism, and versatility

Kevin Serapin and Norris Cole please. If you can get rid of Calderon, Miller is a good fit.

Yes, lets trade Early for a player we could just sign outright...???? Explain your logic, man!

I'll take Seraphin and Ridnour to round out the roster.

C Lopez/O'Quinn/Seraphin
PF Porzingis/Williams/Amundson
SF Anthony/Early/Thomas
SG Afflalo/Galloway/Ledo
PG Calderon/Grant/Ridnour

Me likey. THat would be a solid start to the season. I even think Seraphin has untapped upside.

I would love Seraphin and Ridnour.... that would give us a very deep and physical front court. We could go big or small and still be big. I like it. I really don't want Calderón back. I was a fan of his until he got here and got old
