That faceup jumper and the dribble hand off to pull up at the top of the key should be banned. Those are the two shots I've seen frequently.
I saw some misconceptions that we don't run pick and rolls, from this video they are clearly options to run the pick and role too.
Here is another video from pre season of last year.

The High low option needs to be ran, I don't think I've seen it at all throughout of last season.

It's not the system it's the players. There are a lot of options in this offense but you also need certain talents and a desire to actually use those options. If you don't have guards who have the talent and desire to get to the basket or bigs that have the athletic ability to get to the basket then they will settle for mid range jumpers. This is what we saw last year. This is why Phil has brought in players who do get to the rim like Jerian and do attack the rim on cuts and slashes like Lopez and Derrick Williams.

You are right, but you can't ignore some of the plays that hand the option to them on a silver platter, like the dribble hand of on the top of the key. An annoying thing I have with the system is why the player in the corner is positioned just inside the 3pt line. I saw it mainly with Wear, I saw it with Thomas, and I sometimes saw it with THJR.
