nice signing for the Pacers

there are conflicting reports out there that this is actually a sign and trade for al harrington. it was on espnnews and people on hawks boards on another site are thinking it is as well.

They already had two SFs. I don't see why they'd want a third. Maybe they're planning to play him at SG? or maybe it's a sign and trade involving Al Harrington?

with all the hype and hoopla over other signings/agreements stephen jackson to indiana probably is the missing piece to even up against detroit if they ever meet again. indiana's backcourt was non-factor offense against detroit. good pick up

it would have been a good pick up if they hadn't given up a player better than SJ (Al Harrington) to get him

better?.....who would you pick? harrington was coming off the bench after playing 6 years and maybe if artest wasnt there al could have been the man. nevertheless, their backcourt gets help with the added offense.

I remember reading Harrington averaged like 20+ ppg when JOneal wasn't playing.

Harrington will probably be a 20/10 player on the Hawks
