This guy was way overqualified to just be a scout. Isiah kept him on the payroll as a favor and got good reports.

I did not thing it was a laydog scout. We never kept any rookies anyway.

would you love to read Tapscotts scouting reports on Weiss?

Tapscott punked the knicks for firing Grunfeld/
