ESPN now has New York as 12th on the weekly power rankings. Better, but still not good enough. Still it's a start. Thoughts?

ESPN did no justice for us when we were winning in the East, now that we are ok, we still can't rely on power rankings as how good we are. I think Ramsey and Mitch Lawrence lost their daughters to the Dolan family and they're taking their revenge on the Knicks.

All I have to say is Bull, Hawks, Hawks, Pistons, Rockets (no stevie), Bucks, Pacers. The Bucks game may have been an aberration with Ray Allen shooting 4-20 and the Pacers game may have been a new coach/adrenaline game. I await a west coast swing to really show the Knicks' worth.

With Camby back, they are impoving, no doubt. Now they have to keep up the defensive lock-down and not let the running game get out of hand.

Maybe not, but neither have some of the teams that are ahead of us. Look at our record considering we haven't had Camby for the first 14 games. We're still ahead of some of what people thought would be the elite in the east.

12 sounds about right to me. I don't think we deserve to be above any of the teams in the top 11.

I can't argue with you there. Still, maybe this year could be the year New York surprisingly takes control of the east. After all, lightning has been known to strike twice.
