The one thing is certain, Uncle Phil is drafting for the future, not the present.

Dirko

Wishing everyone well. I enjoyed posting here for a while, but as I matured I realized this forum isn't for me. We all evolve. Thanks for the memories everyone.

This guy is like Andris Biedrins, Darko Milicic, Dirk Nowitzki, Kevin Durant, Kevin Garnett, Maciej Lampe and Nikolosz Tskitishvilli all rolled up into one.

Patience people. There are more moves to be made. This was never going to be the "savior" pick and we know it. 17 wins is a huge hole to climb out of. One player cannot do it alone.

He has a ton of talent both physical and skill wise. He's just young. At worst he should be a better version of Bargs when healthy. At best he could be like a defensive version of Dirk. I actually think he could be closer to Kevin Garnett in terms of being able to play on both ends as a PF even tho he's slim.

He's probably in the Barclay Center gym working out as I write this.

It's the system.

If he as intelligent as his interview, Uncle Phil knows he has a player who can conform to the triangle.

That is who Marcus Landry compared him to. Anyone that knows a lot about him raves about him. I think he is more KD than Dirk.

Phil said he's gonna be here to see this thing thru. I think people just assume that he's gonna cut and run. He's not leaving next year or the year after that. Not with the 2016 free agent market coming up. Kris will develop over the next 2 years.

He sounded hungry to me in his interview. Says he loves the game. Maybe that hunger will help him prove people wrong. I hope so.
