His play in the SL is going to determine whether we are a bubble playoff team or a solid 3rd or 4th team in the East next year. I honestly think he can develop into a post scoring rebounding machine. He is young and quick enough to play solid defense -- Add that with long arms and we'll be talking about him as an allstar in the next few years.

To get to the elite level in this league we need to improve from within and Sweetney is the guy that I am counting on to take us to the next level. I can't wait to see his play this SL.

it is strange. thomas is anxious to get help in the backcourt with thomas but not in the frontcourt. he hardly mentioned any such players for him to go get this summer. he also constantly said he likes the team. do you think he is happy because he thinks sweetney will make a significant impact next year? he has the tools and he started hitting jumpshots. he is probably our best post back to the basket player on our roster. i agree that his development will influence our season next year.

Kill that noise man cuz everyone and their mother would have picked Sweetney for the Knicks unless they were Ed Tapscott.

Sweetney has the potential to be the starter. I hope it works out cuz he's kind of the Knicks only hope of a clean cuz starter.

Hey, I like sweets! I was joking. Usually everyone bashes ANYTHING Laydog touches.

I don't care, I want sweets to kick NBA azz and give us 15-10! Very doable, guy can shoot 50%, Take 10 shots, make half, and he gets to the line 4 times, shoots 5-8 there (63%) and gets boards. This is not very out of the realm for him. pair him with swift and we off and running.

sweets gets offensive boards, that is somthing very valuable in this league.

He looks like a young Willis!
