His J has the kind of form that a kid makes up when he's learning the game and just trying to score, without thinking about mechanics. It is a shot that someone early in his career should have corrected, but did not, because he was probably trampling opponents on the way to the basket and did not care about shooting technique.

It seems like almost all the kids in this draft, at least those I've seen/heard, seem to be good kids who sound intelligent with some understanding of the game, but he should have stayed in school another year.

Drop some weight, work on your game, and be picked much earlier.

Wonder about some things, though:

Not of the prepackaged workouts we've seen involved the rapid fire shooting we saw here. This was similar to the 3pt shooting contests at the All-Star game.

At what point in the practice did this take place? Was he tired or fresh?

Why are some parts of a workout shown but not others? Is this representative of what he did throughout the workout?

He did shoot all of his shots behind the 3. Mudiay was taking 2-3 steps inside the line.

Briggs, man, for someone who talks about the importance of defense, you sure do seem to short change prospects in the draft who are great defenders.

This guy is a legit two way player. Knows how to create, move with the ball, gets after it relentlessly on both ends. He's going to be a good pro.
