We will see what occurs with Knicks Derick Fisher improvement ? or more vital his so called safe relationship
with Mr Zenmaster Phil Jackson which DJ does not believe ex Laker Fisher philosophies is as good and consistent
with Phil Jackson's plan as Phil would like fans to think.

Coach Derick Fisher need to show improvement with a somewhat planned better squad and healthy Carmelo Anthony
even if Knicks come close to a NBA Playoff spot and do not make it.

Throw in DJ's super factor that the EAST will be WEAKER than the past 2 years

If you're Derick Fisher you'd better NOT Think your Knick coaching job is safe
despite his $$$ great contract.

I stated here before repeatedly I don't see Derick Fisher cut out for Coaching in NewYork, the greatest Pro sports town
and DJ does not think one minute that better roster players will make any significant improvement on what KNICKS basketball
objectives are whether offensively OR defensively.

I also feel that both Phil Jackson and Derick Fisher will be on NBA Hotseat 2015 /2016 to define what team they are trying to build
especially with Phil Jackson once again proclaiming the "triangle offense" is on the shelve for now.

Does anyone believe great Phil ZEN thinks that if he can make statement about putting Triangle Offense on hold
that bode's well for believe that Knick coach Derick Fisher is the man for that ? even as a Ex laker Point guard?

I honestly believe if Coach Thibodeau wants the Knick Job and Tom T' is proven winner & having had Derrick Rose for
close to less than 1/2 time of Derrick Rose famed career and still won (made nba playoffs)

Do not think for 1 sec or minute that Knicks bosses are not watching, especially Phil Jackson whom wont have
Knicks position forever & he knows that he's on the clock.

Concluding Tom Thibodeau is a good choice & I believe is respected and can work with
the confusions of Knicks management that includes both Phil and his boss James Dolan.

There is a contingent of NY media and anti-fans who forever trash the team, players, and everyone associated with the team for the promise of some savior on the horizon just out of reach. Once in reach, they too get the same treatment. An endless loop of disatisfaction and self-immolation.

The last thing Melo needs is a draconian taskmaster who will run him into the ground and leave us with yet another expensive, worthless contract.
