It is not a matter of selling low; we have to learn as an organization to develop young talents. Changing coaches and front office every 2 years is certainly a detriment to the growth of our kids, and we must recognize that. As a reminder, The Knicks have been one of the most unstable basketball franchises the last twenty years

They do- the media and fans combine to create an atmosphere of pressure and panic, which puts the squeeze on Knicks GMs to 'do something', which is rarely good!

No, I don't want to fire the coach; I simply wished he was never hired. I am willing to give him at least three years. However,I would love to see him reassigned to a front office post. I don't like his demeanor nor cadence on the sideline. Just like THJ, I pray that Fisher improves for next season
