1. Shame on anybody who thinks we should lose those last 2 games of the season on purpose.
2. Shame on you Phil for not sitting on that stage tonight.
3. Shame on you steve mills for hanging your head when we got the 4th pick.

Knicks can't go anywhere without restoring their pride, and we can't rely on luck or lotteries to get it back.

Go to work with what you have and do your best on the court ( and off, JR smith) at all times. Our most favorite knicks teams were not necessarily the most talented but they had heart, played well together, and they represented the character of New york...which used to mean a tough, gritty, and above all-- proud.

To more practical matters, I think the pressure on the knicks not to screw up the pick is way off now. It would have taken huge balls not to draft towns or okafor and this team's management would have played it straight. I still believe those 2 big guys are NOT right for the knicks or NY. Russell is the only guy we might regret missing out on, but I think the triangle would have stifled him and he'd be running to the Ny post every 5 seconds with complaints...and whatever magic he whips up in Philadelphia would not necessarily have transpired in the garden.

So what now? Kick the tires on Winslow and Mudiay but definitely consider trading down if the right offer comes in. I still think a draft of kaminsky plus a PG is what we need in this draft.

Yeah, we certainly wouldn't want to be sitting on that #1 pick right now, would we?

This right here is what I'm talking about. Wholeheartedly agrre with that list.

People on this board are losing their damn minds for what? Whinging about firing Fisher. He may need to go, but not because of some damn lottery odds.

Phil is the President blabbing about the Basketball Gods and yet sends Dolan's homie up Mount Olympus in his stead. Weak.

I read a good article on Bleacher Report about how insane the pressure of a Number 1 pick is. This fanbase and this press corps would eat a #1 alive. I guess the "Gods" gave us exactly what we could handle.

LB was starting guys in their home towns and give a sh1t about winning..We have a shot at the first pick, possibly a franchise player and Fisher is doing his best to wins games..Fans now tell us winning is important..Only in Knick land these things happen..

People are losing their mind because the Knicks are the NBA's worst franchise. We needed to get a top two pick to alter the course of this team and really begin a rebuild. Are we going to get a quality player, likely.

But, our GM managed to trade away most of the team for next to nothing. We have a broken down point guard that is making 7MM for the next two years and holes at every single position outside of SF. So blowing up the team for uncertainty at pick 4 we have every right to panic.

Larry was Danny Glover in Lethal Weapon, been there done that, too old for this ****.

Fisher is Ethan Hawke in Training Day with Phil getting him to smoke shrooms.

You have the right to panic. You also have the right to shrug your shoulders and realize you don't have any control over this ballclub.
