I do not know if he is dirty or not but I will say that a player knows where he is and where the other person is when they are falling. It might not be a case of him intentionally doing these things(other than the Gibson play) but him not caring of the consequences if something bad happens to another player.

It is what it is and if it continues to happen then something is there but until then he deserves the benefit of the doubt.

Problem with that is that the Warriors can hang points on you in a hurry - you let them have an extra step on the perimeter, you're going to be giving up a lot of threes.

Ariza and Brewer are perimeter defenders..Weak link is Harden and he will be in there anyway.
