I think some people made note of how tough free agency is going to become due to the cap boost. Teams are going to be very liberal with their money. I don't even know if there is a plan anymore, it's more just trying to recruit the best FA's you can get and see who is willing to sign. There's even been talk of players signing one year deals until the cap increases. I've grown very pessimistic about the offseason and we don't have a pick next year... I hope Phil pulls a rabbit out of his hat. Anyone have some input on this, I am now very confused.
