Should the front office truly trust Fisher's assessments as it relates to our young players? Given that fisher is a rookie coach, I don't think he has the credit necessary to truly assess who is or not talented enough to fit in the triangle. We see how he has marginalized THJ, Early, and Wear, how will he treat our top prospect? Specifically, if that kid happens to be Okafor or towns or Russell.
Thank God Fisher is no longer our coach, now let's get Calderon out of here:)

Early and Wear have been hurt and ineffective. THjr is dumb as a bag of hammers and shot his way right out of starter minutes. Can you explain that?

Does fisher get credit for Galloway's good play?

Should they trust his assessments? Phil will have the reports from the scouts, his own observations, and yes I'm sure will have a conversation with Fish. Ultimately the decision is Phil's. Are you really that concerned about Fisher's role in this?

Question - should Fisher be invited to the MSG Christmas party?

No, they should question everything he says and does often and publicly. They should also muzzle him and force him to conduct his interviews by the roadside. When done with him, they should humiliate him on the David Letterman show. Finally, have a gang of security guards lead him handcuffed out of the garden in the middle of a nationally broadcast game. That's the MSG way.

Well, he announced that he is retiring, but he still seems to be there. My bad.

Stephen Colbert is supposed to replace him. I thought it had happened already. I don't watch those shows anymore either. I first started watching letterman when he was on daytime tv, and I was a serial truant. That's how old I feel.

Colbert premiers Sept 8 2015.

So funny. Wondering WTF is up 1969's arse re: Fisher. Did you get bullied by a Fisher in middle school or sumpin?

I simply don't trust the dude to lead the Knicks out of the dump dudes. He has not done anything that says he will be a good coach.

Why are some of you so sensitive when it comes to Fisher? What in the world has he done to warrant your respect or adulation?

Thank God Fisher is no longer our coach, now let's get Calderon out of here:)

He's a rookie coach. You would probably have been one of the guys calling for Kidd to be fired when he was struggling with the Nets in his 1st year. Phil wanted a young coach he could mold and mentor. He wasn't looking for a ready made and fully seasoned coach who was set in his ways. So that being the case why should we be in a rush to judge what he's going to end up being? From what i've seen he's been able to get these guys to execute the offense properly but at a certain point you have to have some talent to make shots, create and finish plays. Our players aren't that good. They're inconsistent at best.

For any coach the more capable his players are on their own the more he can do. Some players make a coach look way better. Obviously if you have a CP3 or Curry or other good players it makes the job that much easier for the coach. If you have nothing but fringe players then it will make your coach's job that much harder.

You are right. In the beginning of Kidd's career, I wasn't too enamored with him, but along the way, he proved that he was worthy;specifically, after he got rid of L Frank.

After these many games, I am still confused about what Fisher is trying to accomplish. One week he uses Acy as his starter, and suddenly, he sees no use for the dude. Now he has a hard on for Shved, after a couple of games, he will look to play someone else. This dude is too Schizophrenic for me as a coach; his many lineups have rendered me nauseated. A good coach would never use this many starting lineups.

Thank God Fisher is no longer our coach, now let's get Calderon out of here:)
