I just had a chance to read today's Daily Articles and this caught my eye:

It was back on Oct. 29, hours before the opener, that the subscriber-only "Insider" page of ESPN.com ran a report quoting someone "close to Sprewell," who said that Spree will sow the seeds of his own departure from New York. And though that particular branch of the website isn't known for its appreciation of accuracy, the quote seemed to be a plausible reflection of Sprewell's mind-set at the time.

Dang, if that isn't a direct hit at Chad Ford, formerly of NBATalk, I don't know what is.
