Now we have 2 top tier defensive centers and IMO that really does push this team into the contender ranks. This team should really be tough on D for 48 minutes now. We used to have those defensive lapses when Tyson went out, but Camby really helps with that. I'm very pleased and hope both Kidd and Camby have great health and big seasons for the team.

I'd love to see the Knicks play the best defense in the East next year. I think it can happen. Both Kidd and Camby are big additions on the defensive end.

It'll be nice to see what the Knicks are capable of when Shumpert returns. It's amazing how the world has changed so much since Nash spurned the Knicks. Instead we get rid of all of the out-of-rotation pieces and bring in 2 battle tested vets.

I like what Camby brings... - no more fearing foul trouble up front to Stoudemire & Chandler. We've got a very legit replacement.

My would be to acquire Kirilenko somehow. Give us a solid defensive replacement for when Carmelo sits.

In the east, I'd be surprised if the Knicks can't manage a top-4 playoff spot.

One of my all time favorite Knicks is back where he belongs. We've tried the twin towers before with Webster and Cartwright then Cartwright and Ewing, but now we have two great defensive C's who don't need the ball! This should be fantastic.

The don't need the ball, but at the same time, both have great hands which makes them scoring threats.
