NY: trades KT, Anderson
Mil: Tim Thomas

This makes room for Weatherspoon and Harrington to get their minutes at PF.

We get a good SF/PF in thomas. Who is a better fit behindSpree and Houston because he will always play SF. HOuston and Spree wont be out of the game at the same time. He rebounds and blocks shots. He could be what we need.

Damn nice trade, but the salaries do not match. I'd rather trade Spoon and Anderson for Timmy - I like KT's defense on the Centers of the League.

I agree. Tim Thomas can't guard the low post and centers the way the Knicks make KT play that role. I like his athleticism, but I don't think the Bucks would want anyone except a tall PF.

Harrington+Spoon+Anderson for Timmy T and Ervin "No Magic" Johnson.

the bucks arent gona trade tthomas. With the only exception being in a trade that would bring them a dominant post player or a dominant point (gpate). Karl and ernie love tthomas thats why they cracked the bank (for their standards anyway), because they think he is an elite player.

That's a bad trade.

All Tim Thomas is, is a shooter. No defense, no post up game and even at his size, no rebounding.

The Knicks need help in the rebounding department. Trading Kurt for Tim would hurt them in this area.

Tim Thomas is also extremely inconsistent while Kurt is the Knick's
most consistent player.

Plus, youre throwing in an athletic, slashing swingman. No way Jose.

Obviously u havent seen him play. I dont want have Tim Thomas to play PF. I would want him to play SF. Harrington and Weatherspoon will hold down PF. Thomas is a nice perosn to backup Spree and Houston. He has game. I think Milwalkee would do this because of the Addition of Mason. They need a good backup Center in Thomas.

In my opinion all KT has been this year is consistently bad.

Kurt is averaging 10ppg and 9 boards. Night in and night out he is a 10 and 10 guy. That's reliable. Even Van Gundy has called him the Knick's most consistent player.

Give Shandon a chance to find his niche as a backup.
