marbury trade was great

tim thomas trade was idiotic

houston going down was bad luck

signing kurt thomas was stupid-unless he is going to be traded, which i doubt..since there isn't much of a market for players with no offensive or defensive skills lol..what a great mid range set shot he has!!!

As long as we're posting statements with no explanations, here goes

Marbury trade was good

Tim Thomas trade was good (anyone see what Van Horn did in the playoffs again?)

Kurt re-signing was good

Houston going down was not good

tim thomas makes van horn look like a tough guy. not too mention van horn is more talented. kurt thomas has no skill whatsover, his feet are in lead, all he has is a wide open set shot from closer in than oakley's. at least oakley. at least kurt can make a scary face i guess.

im glad zeke saw that weatherspoon was a complete piece of garbage. he better see the same in shandon retarderson.

Sayin that KT has no skills is a makr of band wagon Knick fan who only saw them after the Marbury trade when KT was injured with the pinkie. KT is a very solid 4. He can shoot very well up to 17-18 feet out, thats futher then Oak ever did for us. He only developed a long range game when he was like 38 for the Raptors. KT is also a very good lowpost defender, a good team defender, and a good rebounder. He is perfect for to have if you have a real C with postgame. A team with Yao or Shaq would love him.
A glimmer of hope maybe?!?

more importantly, what do you have against people with downs syndrome? they don't have enough shot to deal with in this world, without being compared to Shandon Anderson?

Everything flows from the direction ownership sets. Given the huge cap problems coupled with accompanyiing talent deficit that comprised the Knicks' roster when Isiah took over, he should have been instructed to begin the process of blowing up the team. Instead, Dolan told Isiah that the goal was to make the playoffs this past season. As a result, this team is headed sideways or downward for years to come.

Ummm Oakley's job was to enforce and grab rebounds. Not to score. Both of which he did in an exemplerary fashion. there's other things going on a basketball court than scoring. He grabbed six or seven more rebounds a game which means starks and ewing got six or seven more shots a game which potentially means 12-21 more points a game for the knicks and possibly a few fouls for the other team (if he threw the ball to Ewing on the low blocks the other team would have to foul, I wouldn't have to explain this to anyone with a rudimentary understanding of the sport) in addition, he intimidated the hell out of opposing players. I suggest you buy BASKETBALL FOR DUMMIES, though it might be a tad advanced for you...but hey, give it a shot.

100% true. He's also the most underappreciated Knick

he got rid of Spoon & Eisley...to me, those are miracles unto themselves.

Not to mention he basically got rid of all the Knicks problems except for Shandon and Houston in 2 trades.

Weatherspoon for Moochie? Moochie doesn't play and he won't start over Marbs but Spoon is arguably the worst power forward in the league with a crazy contract. Awesome trade.

McDyess was dubbed the savior and he was always complaining about something. That whole story made life hell for me as a fan of Knick basketball.

Ward and Eisley both had crazy contracts and how the heck could you trade either of them let alone both. Isiah did just that.

Awesome trade.

Knicks needed a center and they trade Keith for basically the same player in Timmy and Nazr Mohammed who became the starter at center.

Awesome trade.....

Isiah deserves all the praise he gets.

****by the way all this BS about the expantion draft and Isiah's "failure to get a deal done" is straight bullshyte. Isiah has already proven what type of GM skills he has and he will make the best trade for this team.
