He's got some of the Dreymond Green thing cooking. Hes not a 3 pt shooter and he may not be able to guard 3's so well--but he's somewhat close in attributes--not sure hes coming out this year--but any team could probably get him in the 40's

Briggs, Honestly, Did you watch the game yesterday on ESPN?
GS blew out Houston, sweeping them for the entire regular season, slaughtered them 4x this year....

You do not seem to get why I actually even want him, it is because you do not watch the games
You can not evaluate talent with just boxscores, highlights, measurements
GS, Atlanta, Spur's, is the model on to play as a team, and all teams will follow, because it is cheaper and more effective
This is the way we have to play as a unit and we are FAR from it, we need highly skilled and HIGH IQ players to play this way
But the more HIGH CHARACTER, HIGH MOTOR, VERSATILE, UNSELFISH PLAYERS we have, it becomes contagious and infectious
Do you realize that our this draft this year, with Thanasis, and whoever we add this summer will be the core we build around?
The style of play/system/philosophy, the culture we are trying to instill, how we play DEFENSE, all of this is going to be the first building block for our next 6 - 10 years

Did you even watch the game yesterday? And see how GS plays? I want Draymond to teach to correct the habits that have been formed and to develop chemistry/work habits/training habits, things that will have a great effect on the development of our roster

There are many reasons I want Draymond Green, he is highly skilled, high motor, high work ethic, knows how to play on and off the ball, knows how to play to initiate the OFFENSE and also can direct others on how to use their abilities to its fullest, and more importantly as a entire team

The qualities that I want from Draymond Green are not his physical abilties
I feel he is a MAX PLAYER for his skills alone but he even provides more on the development of our young guys and how I would like our team to play and develop as a whole

He is basically another COACH that plays the game with the rest of the roster, a better version of KIDD/Wallace at the F position with greater impact when they were here

I am not just willing to pay him a max contract for what he does ON THE COURT

but

OFF THE COURT

The influence as a mentor on DEVELOPMENT OF YOUNG CORE, With THanasis/2015 1st rounder, our younger guys/D League guys especially, even teach CA how to defend to the best of his abilities

ESPECIALLY TEACHING PLAYERS HOW TO PLAY DEFENSE AS A UNIT, if you watch Green play, you can see that he can play DEFENSE as a Guard or as BIG
HOW TO SPACE THE FLOOR, on OFFENSE, how to initiate an OFFENSE through the post as the other 4 players move for the angles that GS plays

HOW TO MOVE AS A TEAM/COMMUINCATE on both ends, how to read an oppoonents DEFENSE, how to find our advantages and exploit them, how to hide our own weakness's, how to recover, when to cheat, when not to cheat
