That kid Biyambo has the potentials of Big Ben Wallace; and we already know what Bornready can do. What the hell? We need a defensive monster and we need another star next to Carmelo.
Thank God Fisher is no longer our coach, now let's get Calderon out of here:)

UKers love trade raping everyone (aside from F5 who wants the knicks to get trade raped by trading a first round pick for the mayor).

As far as I am concerned, we've always gotten raped in the past; it is time to return the favor. Biyambo is a FA next year, we should consider this dude as a big.

Bargs and Caldeon make 20mm $ combined this is no where near close for the salary cap

Lance Stehenson is not a good fit for a rebuilding team. Hes no leader and seems to be a headcase at tiems--the Pacers players voted they did not want him back--the hornets who won last year have lost with him--so exactly how does this make sense?

He doesn't fit what Charlotte is doing, but that doesn't mean he can't do well with putrid Knicks. We need two-way players....Lance when healthy is exactly that. He needs a mentor like Fisher to bring the best out of him. If there is one thing Fisher is good at, it is mentoring.

Were going to have a boatload of younger players and you want the vet to be Lance Stephenson--hes the guy who needs to be a guy on a vet team. Stephenson has been culpable for Charlotte's disaster this year--why do we want that? Hes good for a team like Miami or Indiana not good for Knicks.

why is THJ regressing if Fisher is so good at it?
Anyway... I would do a trade for Lance Stephenson in a NY min and make him a starting SG on our team... then trade THJ

I like Lance, but too many times this decade I've overlooked chemistry issues and character, and it's never ended well. I'd rather sign Wes Mathews or Danny Green in the offseason. I wouldn't be angry if we traded for Lance (now JRs gone, we can take on a player who needs to mature), but it rarely seems to work out when we make this kind of move. Think NY would bring out the worst in him.

The Cavs might have done well to make this kind of trade. James could be a moderating influence on Lance, who can play the kind of D the Cavs have been lacking, and Biyambo would be a decent defender and pick and roll scorer, who would set picks and never take any shots beyond the 1ft range. Not sure who the Cavs would have sent to Charlotte in return, though.

The team should have a decent foundation of veteran leadership in place it decides to go after Lance. T cra here always seems to be some sort of chemistry issue where ever he goes and that's not the type crap Fish needs to deal with right now.

I remember reading an article last year that with Lance, his problems in the second half of last season seemed to stem from his allstar snub. From that moment on, he set out to prove everyone wrong and ended up being selfish, playing abysmally and strangling the team chemistry. I'd say Lance is one of those players who plays best when his ego is kept in check- being in NY on a team of scrubs may release the worst in him, in terms of delusions of grandeur.

Like the idea but you want to throw in Brags and Pablo for Lance and a first. I do that bc it provides them with back up and cap relief. I think Pacers was asking for a 1st rd but the Pacers players didn't want him back.

That would be best trade. We not getting Biz

didnt we just send JR packing? No to Lance.

Bismack is a very athletic and unskilled player. Reminds me of Steven Hunter from those Suns teams. Really good for 10-20 minutes off the bench. Probably gets exposed with anything more.

That being said if he's hard worker and has something between the ears I would take a risk on him. Someone said Ben Wallace, and Bismack at 6'9 has one of the longest reaches in the league. 7'7 wingspan is very impressive when backed up by his hops.

However to add a little balance to that Cole Aldridge has a 7'6 wingspan.

I just read that the Nets is thinking about obtaining Lance....Knicks would be stupid not to jump and make Charlotte an offer for Lance
