**** Sheed....Kobe man Kobe

i'm still not sold on rasheed. he played well with detroit but he's still a ticking timebomb. he got away with ALOT of crap in the finals (constantly bickering with officials). for a 1/2 season rental, the gamble isn't that huge but signing him long term could prove to be disastrous. nobody is questioning his talent but will he hurt more than he helps - that's what i question.

ron artest, all season long has held him temper in check but in the most important game in the pacers season, in the final minutes, he reverted back to his true self and hit rip in the face which cost the pacers the game and the series.

ticking time bombs...always a risk...

what did kobe do in the final game though... or the series... do we really need kobe? shouldnt we be focused on building a "team"?

y is everyone so deadset on kobe? we have the same chance of trading shandon for garnet as we have for signing kobe.

besides...kobe is more stubborn than iverson imo. im wit case, we need to focus on a team

I think the best star we have a shot at this summer is Webber. I'm not counting Rasheed out because he now has his ring so you never know, he might decide to come to NY (which I doubt at this point, but if he does I will gladly accept him). Kobe I think we have a slim chance of getting, its definitely not impossible, but I just think he will stay with the Lakers since it looks like they will be getting a new coach. If Kobe decides to leave the Lakers, then I think the Knicks will definitely be one of the teams he strongly considers. You guys have to remember though, you don't need a superstar to win it all, Detroit has proven that to all of you non-believers. The two realistic players that I would love to add this offseason are Jamal Crawford and Erik Dampier. If we can somehow get both of them then I think we become a very strong team in the East. With a healthy team I think we would easily be able to become a top 5 team in the East

webber is done... i'd rather Sweets develop than get another former never won anything, clearly still injured, pouty "superstar"

why get Shareef? we need to develop guys... we need guys to play D and a team game. it's really not a coincidence that Shareef never won anything on any team he was on.

You want us to get guys that play defense so you suggest we get Rahim? Rahim is not a good defender at all and I don't see him helping us get to the Finals or anything like that. The only value he would have for us is his expiring contract which could land us a very good player. If I'am Isiah I will only take Rahim if I can get a very good deal for him like Kurt and a couple of expiring contracts.

- LA ? there is shaq and a team owner you can't trust
- NY (go ny go ny go !)

- boston, tough when you're a laker
- chicao, where you can't go if you don't want to get drawn in MJ's shadow.

So where could he go ?
