That lineup is ludicrous:

Rondo
Black Mamba
Melo
Acy
M. Gasol

Among those the only viable one would be Rondo (i.e., Kobe and Gasol are not coming to NY). I fail to see how a PG that can't shoot would fit into the Triangle.

for some reason the page(s) wouldnt load for me. If someone doesnt mind posting them Im curious.

That being said on Rondo... he's another borderline max guy I would take a risk on. Yea his jumper weak but he's one of the best PGs and defenders in the league. If the system cant make use of that the system needs adjustments.

Fish you really like these guys who can't make their Free throws. I'd take Rondo too does he fit the system?

Its not that.. its just that every player in the league has holes in their game. I mean it would be cool if we could just play 2 Duncans, 5 Lebrons and 2 Steph Curry but thats not feasable. Besides I hate Lebron.

What I like about Rondo is he holds the ball and sets guys up. He defends. He takes the ball out of Melo's hands, except when he's setting Melo up for a score. He can lock down PG on the wings as well as anyone in the league. He's also a very good scorer. He's also a proven playoff performer.

Like D Jordan his advantages outweight his negatives. When you have someone that can create and defend like Rondo its much easier to add pieces that fit. He makes guys better.

Not a big Rondo fan but I think he is the type of PG the Knicks need. A veteran player who knows how to take charge and run an offense.

With that being said, I don't think he is leaving Dallas.

And the article has Rondo getting a max contract. He's played hardly half of the last 3 seasons. Sounds like a great investment.
Kobe; at the tail end of 20 years of NBA wear and tear. Great. The article says he'll play for 10 million. Kobe don't squat on a toilet for 10 mil.
Gasol; small town guy who probably wants to be here as much he'd like a life long root canal.
Acy; one of these things is not like the others.

The next sound you will hear is Nalod, loading up his anti-starphucquing grenade launcher.

Im not a big rondo fan and can't imagine a guard withtout a solid shooter even with what little I know about he intricacies of the triangle.

Kobe in his farewell year get traded to NY? I don't think that is real. How does one trade for a 24mil salary?

M Gasol is always possible. He is unrestricted so its possible.

I don't..I'm a strictly eye test kind of guy and I see a player that defends really well, great passer, rebounds, take it to the hole with ease and not afraid to get in a teammates face if need be.

I would much rather the Knicks go with someone like Rondo then draft an unproven rookie.

I wouldnt use the draft to find players that fit the triangle. You draft BPA...free agencies is when u look for triangle frendly players.
