Maybe we keep Thomas around and evaluate him side by side with Early, in practice everyday, etc.. Also wonder if these two have any value around the league in any potential trades?

I hear ya -- I'm not looking to cut him--willing to carry him over to next year at least (unless a deal comes up that's worth making)--I'd just love to see him much more assertive and aggressive out there. Show me what you got young fella -- you know what I mean? For the most part, he hasn't shown that, even before he got hurt. Not just Early -- no idea why these young guys aren't playing more aggressive. Acy finally showed a little something last night...THJ pumps up shots--he's really the only one. Aldrich is taking more shots in the post but that's not really his game, you can tell. His game is clogging the lane, rebounding and shot-blocking. I give him a little credit for at least attempting some offense in close though. Larkin and Early -- those are the two guys I really wanna fully evaluate here. Can they be legit scoring threats at the NBA level? The idea of the game is to put the ball in the hole after all. I wanna see if those two can do that with any kind of regularity. I don't even think Timmy's that good a player, but at least he's willing to show this aspect when he's out there. You figure with the season already lost, guys out all over the place and the whole thing wide open and right there for the taking, Early and Larkin should be more willing to show what they've got. Was listening to John Starks on Knicks 360 yesterday or whatever before the pre-game talk about how he thought he was in danger of being cut in 1990 and felt he needed to show he belonged so he attempted to dunk on Pat Ewing in practice and wound up hurting his knee. I remember that...See I like that...I wanna see Early and Larkin have that mindset and for my money, they really haven't so far. I saw Larkin actually drive baseline against the Bucks the other night and get right under the basket with no one around him and he wasn't even looking at the rim. I think he passed out to Prigioni or somebody out on the perimeter. I was SMH...Score the ball young fella!! Strange--you figure these guys would be chomping at the bit to show what they've got a little more. Neither guy is guaranteed to even stick in the NBA past this year.

Hearing #Knicks may decide to waive Lance Thomas to create an extra roster spot. They acquired Thomas in 3-team trade with CLE and OKC.
