OF course I hope I'm wrong, NY will get better more sooner we hope than later,

Derek Fisher needs desparately MORE SEASONING, coaching & DJ ain't talking about the pro NY Knickerbocker team.
HE is a nice guy whom is lost.

This is an era in pro sports that young coaches come every day, and goes through struggles however the coaches are
jumping in feet/head first with engines running despite bad teams and bad timing.

I dont see that with Fisher and my critique is likely off base. I am also on to mention on this forum board
new coaches and new players ON ANY pro team you have to give 1-2 years before some change and results are presented.

However I get guy feeling that won't be case here for Fisher. Just because he was a good leader good role guard and
later starter with 5 Championship rings. He played with other winners and helped alot of younger players.

This time next season Jan-Feb 2016 I don't see Derek Fisher lasting. He needs some coaching seasoning likely in college
or some other level with where pressures aren't a factor like in NY City the mecca.

Simply said when season starts next yr. 2015/2016 with newer Knick players and some improvements over summer 2015
The official Derek Fisher watch begins in 2015/2016 for few 1st months. My comments seem unfair.

However this coach has yet to build anything positive, any identity for players skillset even though talent lacks here.
FIsher hasn't worked well with stars MELO, Amare' despite the injuries and up and downs of terrible season.

Each game Knicks look like more and more they have no clue of what they are doing? is alarming from Fisher a PG.
He neither gives no hope to anything to build toward. Sure Larking PG in rebuild mode has shown maybe he's here
next season, same for Forwards Alrich, Ware.

But aside from keeping team together has MELO wants us to all believe, players on court improvements cause of playing time
given I cannot give Fisher any credit for anything directly related to a skillset.

Whether it's passing consistently, rebounding. Playing the lanes (defense terrible) or guard penetration or awareness of
on court situations.

All in all we need to see from a Coach what's? trying to accomplish, nor game plans and build toward the future.
4-5 months I've seen enough of Derek Fisher and I said I hope I am wrong. But lacking seasoned and seasoning to be pro coach.

I feel coaching may be biggest problem Knickerbockers org. has more than talent to develop winning.
Lots of team has no more than 1 BIG star and few teams dont have true Superstar yet but you can see
much more on court than less of which Derek Fisher leadership suppose to provide.

Seasoned coach, don't come to easy these days in pro sports. Especially coaches whom can be leaders OR teach it in NY City best in world.
