Result is Shumpert and Smith skillset is stale in NewYork. They need to be shipped out asap more than Amare'.
Respected Amare Stoudemire has played like a star when healthy with bad knees 4life.

Losing acceptances is from guys such as Iman Shumpert and JR Smith whom can never ever step up, rarely show up even vs bad teams.

yeah I hear ya Crush on Fisher .. Derek is smart and should figure things out at some point,
also getting few better players skillsets helps.

What I dont think neither Fisher Or Phil J. sees that NY fans are very passionate On HOW We win OR lose
and the emotions or the care to at least be more aggressive in a stance in a close game isnt there from
Fisher nor his coaching staff (e.g Rambis, Cleamons)

All in all I feel a guy like Woodson woulda lit some player tail on fire to the point

I feel the Knicks players are too too accepting of a loss as is their coaches.
Your coaches to some point reflects a concept to players Or players emulate what
coach is trying to do.

Fisher acts sometimes like his last loss was his 1st loss! And I dont get it.
Letting bad teams always hand you your head is embarrassing. As mentioned by you the coaching staff of Cleamons and Rambis
talk a good game on halftime interviews but efforts from players are weak which means coaching isnt good enought to me.

Can blame the players but so much.
