+1! The Knicks are already advertising the draft pick to buy tickets for next year. Seems the plan is going well. Just deflect any questioning of it to ensure that nobody catches on to the obvious tank.

No culture is made from the coach yelling and screaming. MDA and Larry yelled and yelled. They need to create it from within. Melo can talk leadership but when the rank and file start demanding it from you, thats another story.

Teams infight more than we read about. Phil used Kobe vs. Shaq and turned it into a positive.
