Calderon lighting it up from three. There were some stories about Chandler playing against his former team - but I didn't see any stories about Calderon doing so. Maybe he "breaks out" this game.

Tyson won a championship with dallas, and played 3 season with the knicks, calderon played one season in dallas and was a first round knockout.

If Amare is not Knicks worse defender in history, I don't know who is. That dude just does not get it
Thank God Fisher is no longer our coach, now let's get Calderon out of here:)

Looking at how he plays defense, it makes me wonder if his vision is all the way back. His peripheral vision seems to be non-existent.

The combo of smith and Amare in the front court is garbage

He had a retina that was starting to detach, back in the day. I wouldn't be surprised if there are risdual effects from that. Will be glad when his contract expires so that these concerns can be someone else's problems.

The dude has been a terrible defender since he entered the league

THJ is my favorite young Knicks player, but what he is doing on defense is appalling

Standing three feet away from the guy you are defending is not a good idea. 12 games into the season, that has not been fixed? I blame that on the coach

He held prime Tim Duncan to 16ppg in a playoff series back in the day. No, Amare was never a great defender but he hasn't been this bad throughout his career. He became an excruciatingly bad defender after all those surgeries ****ed up his lateral quickness and ability to get into a defensive stance.

In my opinion he has always been a terrible defender. He just had superior athletic ability to cover for his bad positional defense. It is needless to say he no longer has that crutch to lean on.

Fair. But even when he first signed, I don't remember him being this bad.
