on espn motion, he talked bout wanting to be on a few teams like the knicks. if he's still a good defender and rebounder, don't you think it would be good if knicks picked him up for real cheap? remember a few yrs, he averaged 17 rbs a game. hot damn. i kno he wont be that great nemore but 10 rebounds is still good enough. whats your input?

he may be a valuable backup at the 4 behind sweetney but thats only if we move thomas.. he would definately bring some toughness back to ny.

Wow just what this team needs: a 45 year old vet who hasn't played in the league for six years. and even better: he can take sweetney's minutes! what a great idea! whats shawn kemp doing? how bout jayson williams? after he beats his murder beef, maybe he can come and take some of sweetney's minutes too! be honest... are you scott layden?

Rodman was on Howard Stern this morning talking about how in July he will sign with an NBA team and its already set up - ust no signature on the contract yet. However those things can always fall through and who knows what to believe coming from this guys mouth.

How close were he and Zeke? He is a huge risk, could be a locker room cancer...don't see him signing with NY. This team is looking to the future at this point and the Worm is a piece of the past.

Rodman wont be a Knick. You know IT is going to either move Deke and Othella and Nazr, or set the team up to use those pieces in a deadline $$$ type deal.

I am hearing an absurd rumor going around regarding Rodman and the Knicks.. someone said that Wendy Williams of wbls is reporting that he is now on the team!!!

Haven't heard any press releases about this though.. we'll see. But i'd think if there was some truth to this the media would have created a bigger buzz. Just my opinion!

Why in the world would we need Rodman for? I know that Isia is trying to recreate the Bad Boy environment in N.Y, but Rodman is definitely not the right guy to bring in as a model. Rodman is currently unemployed and is trying to get a job somewhere. Since majority of them belong to the Fraternity, perhaps that is the reason why Isia might consider bringing him here.

In all fairness, If there is any truth to this rumor.. Rodman could help the Knicks off the bench. As far as him being a 20 rebound player type.. and a 40 plus minute a night guy anymore absolutely not.. BUT that being said he would definitely be an energizer and could add some toughness. As far as I know, he's always been in great physical shape so I don't think that would create a problem on that end.

The problem would be "Him resurfacing or resurrecting his career in NY".. You would have to almost guarantee that something outrageous.. would happen! Whether you like his antics or hate them, you have to know that he is a media darling and would bring a whole added dimension to the perception of this team; Although that could backfire on I.T.!!!
