Don't get too excited about that pick. This team will eventually play better than this.

I agree but this is quite the rough patch.

That's sort of like saying if you leave a turd out in the sun long enough it will eventually stink less

If you watch the games you can see that the Knicks are struggling to score but that isn't likely to stay this bad. Don't get caught up in this early struggle and think this is the best they can play.

Fisher panicked to get a win. Melo should have been out at near the 7 min mark. He also should know that bring in STAT for D is beyond dumb. I did not like the forced ISO to a tired and slumping Melo. Stay with the offense.

I liked Contract-Shump but he needs to stop fouling so much and has to watch his turnovers. Bargs-lite should be on the bench. I'd rather play Early and Wear especially against teams that play small.

Hardaway lack of rebounding is due to coaching. He needs to earn his minute. Y not just scoring the ball, but also collecting 5 rebounds per game. Make it a prerequisite for his playing time and he will do it. Defensively, there is no Knicks who can actually defend. I know some here think that Shumpert is a stud, but I beg to differ. Hire guys who can coach defense to coach these kids. It is actually behooved this organization to bring back NY basketball to NY.
Thank God Fisher is no longer our coach, now let's get Calderon out of here:)

Ugh, what a slow lingering death that 4th quarter was. Lots of open looks missed in the second half. Too many forced shots by Melo. Jordan and Kobe had screens set for them, don't know why they can't do the same for Anthony, nevermind the rest of the squad. THJ should have been brought in a lot sooner, we needed his scoring. There is a thread about hoping Shump's stock rises enough to to trade him, I would put JR way ahead of him on that list, especially since Shump is showing some real improvement.

As others have said, the effort is there but good decision making hasn't been. We are still without Calderone and Bargs so we'll have to see what happens when they come back, will take some time to incorporate them back into the rotation.

If I were running the Knicks, we would've walked away with and Gorgui Dieng from that draft. Clearly you guys need to give me the reigns.
