Any fight fans here? I think Kovalev is tailor made for B Hop. Heavy hands and heavy footed fighters who only walk into their opponents never beat B Hop regardless of age. I think B Hop wins a decision...However, you have to think age will catch up to him at some point...no? Or maybe a Right hook will catch him. Kovalev with the punchers chance but I doubt it...

Kovalev caught B Hop jumping in...Put B Hop on the canvas for a flash knock down. Kovalev is confident now but he can't get overconfident and open up too much which would allow B Hop to counter....Good game plan for Kovalev thus far.

Looks old. I want to say he's biding hid time trying to take Kovalev past 8 and open up but hes falling too far behind. Kovalev needs to open up more and jump on him. He showing b hop too much respect

How the heck did Hopkins stay on his feet? He got the sh1t kicked out of him.

Kovalev beat him from pillar to post. Bhop took some good shots that last round but Kovalev shut him out.

Hopkins said Kovalev was like Pavlik. Not even close. He was light on his feet, crisp and efficient. Looks like a real champion, not just a knockout artist.

I underestimated Kovalev myself. Only saw him once before. Much more tactition than i realized. He should be able to clean out the division.
