Anyone here agree that we should spend some money for players that has the respect/knowledge to translate their abilties and as an extensions to the philosophies of the TEAM GAME
Starting with each players strenghts/weakness's and skills that can further develop
I see players that could use some guidance and leadership that we had in our 54 win season
Those players virtually played little to no minutes but had a huge impact on the way we played

Ideally, the leadership should come by default to our best and most talented players but that isn't what CA, Jr Smith, and/or CA's qaulities...
It isn't exactly a knock on them but with this culture change, I certainly think where we don't have a cap on coaching, we should loook in all angles on keeping our team focused in the games, working on skills off the court individually to help the team, and working as team to execute it as a whole in practice

I am not saying to hire all of these former players as development coaches but certainly these are players that our players can relate to and fully respect
While Fisher and his staff continue to learn and grow, we should have an extension of qualities/skills that would help the growth, chance to win games, take high % shots, being efficient, how to comminicate both on OFF and DEF, and always improving....

Player development/Assistant Coaches/Defensive Coach
We need some more development/assistant coaches to help the Knick's/players who are struggling to connect in this system, so why not get players that have the respect, skills, high IQ, and understanding of the game that would help develop and get the talents better as individuals and TEAM basketball in the system

Rasheed Wallace *player development coach* I don't think there is a better former player that has successsfully played the 4/5 inside/out and on DEF as good as Wallace, he was a great mentor to Copeland and whoever, could be in our future. His skills and abilities translate with the balance of old school post ups, mid post, spread the floor, 1v1 DEF, and TEAM DEF

Shane Battier who practiced with Lebron James and will know some of his tendancies and is high IQ, great defender, and play "THE MAN ROLE" in college to a complete role player/defender in Miami
Having an assistant that could preach DEFENSE and give an edge to whoever will be defending the greats SF/PF's like Lebron/Durant

BIG SHOT BOB and RICK FOX, they made a living being very good role players, making good cuts, hitting wide open shots, more importantly they understand the Triangle and could excelerate the development process

BILLUPS like Rasheed Wallace, would help develop players greatly in ANY SYSTEM but especially The Triangle, he found the balance between taking shots and faciltating, without the ability to penetrate as a strength, even some post up to intiate the offense
MR BIG SHOT also could be a great SHOOTING COACH as well

Ron Harper, he sacrificed as he was a great athlete prior to joining the Bulls, more importantly, he played with 2 EGO driven Legends in Jordan and Kobe, he can surely help the development of the triangle especially with PG's struggling to more traditional PnR's systems

Brian Shaw/Luc Lonely/Horace Grant, Brian Shaw being the favorite, he was able to help develop The Pacer's as the lead assistant, he simply doesn't have the personall to run the Triangle in Denver
Like Harper, he was able to play the LEAD and OFF guard as SG, and was extremely clutch as well as being their with Harper/Phil Jackson/Fisher
While the others are role players/BIGS were also all high % role players that played very well, understood, stay focused throughout the game, providing the correct spacing, setting picks, and the intangibles that leads to wins...

I also think we should further this and also spend money on both trainers, nutritionist, along with the mindfulness training, and team activities to strenghten the bond/respect for each other as team mates and invididuals
