You will not win basketball games without solidifying a rotation, and making sure guys know their role. There is a mind set that a player has when he knows what he's coming to work to do. We always here people say, "play your role" and everything will be fine.
The shuffling players in and out of the starting line up, not knowing how many minutes you will play, when you will play, or if you will play at all, that will kill any team no matter the talent, and you definitely can't play 10/11 guys, no team has ever been successful doing that.
Our shooting guard position is the absolute worse, shump, JR, and THJ, are lost in the offense and defense, our PF position is in a state of flux. When derek fisher said "I'll be using different line ups depending on match ups", all i can do is drop my head in my hands, because i know that any coach that ever did that, FAILED big time.
You can't be changing your line up and hr before the game, thats not going to fly.
