Splits are over rated. Spin offs mean one will be better than the other. Knicks valuation not apparent in price of stock.

spin off the sports teams from the entertainment. Perhaps the the building becomes a REIT.

Bottom line is he is not "selling".

yeah ... just read the article. Its unclear who would be the CEO. I am assuming that Dolan will stay with the parent company.

Sports teams and the networks they broadcast on are the most valuable assets in the cable universe. Unfortunately, Dolan will NEVER sell this team as it would be insane to do so. Hopefully, JD just stays the eff out and lets Hoop God Jax get us where we're goin.
