Sorry if its a dumb question but I was just wondering, when can we start making our offseason moves like trades, signings, ect. Do we have to wait until the Finals are over or can we start now?

you have to wait until the finals are over... wouldn't be fair to the other teams still playing.

I think it's just before the draft that you can start dealing.

i believe negotiations may start july 1st. (i think)
