Interesting take on the Sixers cap situation. Apparently teams have to have a 63 million dollar pay roll or the amount they are under is paid out to their players as bonuses. This guy is speculating that the Sixers will trade for Stat at the deadline. It would put the Sixers at the 63 mil mark and they would only be paying Stat 7 mil instead of over 20 mil in bonus money.
