By who he works out. If you start seeing decent prospects coming into to work out look for something to happen.

I do think guys like KT and Nazr will have decent value to a team like Utah that has already has a bunch of young players and picks.

Also I bet we could flat out buy San Antonio's #1 for like $1mm and our #2 to move up. If they dont move that pick, the contract counts against their cap (granted its not much) but they may need every bit to get Ginobili and Turko under the cap, both of which they want to sign. Its also no secret they will make a run at Steven Jackson with the MLE.

Anything can happen... its just nice to know we have a GM that actually *is* exploring every possibility, and not just focused on getting KVH come hell or high water, and making that the only offseason aquisition even if we have 7 PFs and no center.

I would like to see Isiah in the draft and see if he can unearth a gem with a low round 1st pick. It might not be apparent at first the value of that player, but true draft talent is how that player developes. Such a player would have questionable aspects (thus the low pick), but Isiah should be very protective as this will be his baby and want to see it succeed.

This is a very funny draft. Lots of Kids, Euros and few clear cut franchise players. Omeka has a fracture in his back. Its hard betting the ranch on that.

Definitely a scary draft for Orlando. Do you pick the undersized STUD PF with the fractured back or pick the untested HS kid with a load of potential.

If I was Orlando I ask Atlanta's 2 1st RD picks, 2nd RD pick(35th overall) and Boris Diaw-Riffiod for the 1st pick overall. Atlanta want Dwight Howard badly. Hey, you never know.

Then you can send the 17th pick and a 2nd rounder for a Veteran to make TMac happy.

Then Zeke can get the 17th pick and 2nd rounder and Juwan Howard for KT. Maybe the 2nd rounder is a bit much but it would not be me if I don't go a little over the edge

Oh, you beat me to it. I posted a new thread about this about 15 minutes after you posted this message.

Then Isiah trades the 17th pick and shandon to utah for its 24th pick and a Euro to learn how to spell later.

Or, he trades the pick to the Lakers for Wilts DNA.

Utah won't be trading away picks for vets. Utah wants to move up to top 8 in the draft.
