Second team? Both Rice & Porter 1st team? Ripped off.

Shooting the rock is not so unique on NBA...a lot of players can do this.

Rice got mvp. Rice was the pick taken after Early.

I think it's all about the system. This system highlights his strengths and minimizes his flaws. That's gonna make him look a lot better than he's looked in the past. The more he plays in the Triangle and get's to master it, THJ should kill it. All those catch and shoot opps. The cuts to the basket and open 3's. THJ should be golden in this system. He's a shooter, finisher, slim, quick, athletic and can run all day. That's a perfect fit for the SG spot in this system.

Can anyone explain what the PG does in the triangle. I mean, he brings the ball up and initiates the offense. After that, is he another scorer on the floor? If so, wouldn't THJ be able to play some point? I saw him brining up the ball a lot in SL. Also, he looked like he has added some muscle and is taking it to the basket more. was able to score with contact and had several 3 point plays.

it half court sets the PG doesnt do much more than the rest of the guys. That being said you still want a floor general who can push the ball and push the tempo.

he can score. There is no doubt about that. He looks great in motion. He doesnt defend, rebound, pass... he's such a one trick pony its not even funny, and some good teams where able to shut that one trick down quite often last year.

Look, its good we have a young guy management is so high on, etc.

I like him alot... right now I still see late first round at best. I would love to say damn I was wrong, this guy is a beast.

I think he's going to be better than Marco Belinelli who was a pretty important piece this past year. He can stroke it. Apparently he now has a mid range shot now too. It's true that I have always really liked him as a prospect and posted about him prior to the Knicks drafting him... but he just seems to continue to improve and he has one above average skill. I like him as a prospect.

mid range, long range... he's got one of those shots, much like Houston where everytime he lets it go it looks so good you just assume its going in.

He's coming off a rookie season in a bad year for the team where he played well enough, and certainly showed he can do some things. I hope your right. Knicks could average a lot of points next year...

No-- Rice was picked in 2013 2nd round 8 spots after THJ.

Cory Jefferson got burned. He earned 2nd team with two way play. If he was picked higher and had 7-10 more min per game--he wouldve been 1st team.
