I don't think Pistons could match if they max out Rasheed.
It will be very tricky keeping both players.
They have to convince both to take a certain amount.. and even then sign in a certain order. They must sign Okur First... If they Sign Rasheed first.. they will not have the cap space to match.. unless they use their ml exception.. Like I said.. it will be very tricky.

No even if Rasheed uses up all thier cap room, they can still offer the and match the MLE for Okur. That means that is impossible for Okur to come here becuase an MLE offer can and will be matched. Okur will not even sign an offer sheet with the Knicks becuase of this, no point. he will either get offered more money and go play somehwere else or will sign back with Detroit for the MLE.
