Dave R. Whom subbed doing ESPN/SASmith R.Ruocco show had I believe NBA's Chad Ford?(or Adrian W.)
Whom said his inside sources say believed 60% chance Tyson and Iman to be possibly dealt on NBA draft night Thurs
Only for best deal possible which knicks desire is combos of NBA players & yes probable late end pick in the deal,
Of course deal would have to take back exist NBA guys contact to make $$$ work out.
This also implies the need teams such as playoff teams such as OKC, Warriors, Mavs, Suns whom need big man C, or defender guards(shump)

To do deal and also implies such good teams don't value the 1st round late picks..

Hmmmmmm .. Interesting
Have guys heard this?

I don't think they don't "Value" the picks as much as the window is open NOW!!!! Some teams like OKC has some good yoot already on the team but have needs now. I think Chandler and his immune sysetem fully operational could have been the difference in that series. Him and a healthy Ibaka could have taken the Spurs out. Lots of conjuecture to throw around. Shump guarding Westbrook for 15 min a game could have meant Westbrook does not fatigue and decisions get sharper? it adds up.

Durant might be whining for more talent "or else!"........The bar rises in OKC and if they don't get into finals its not cute anymore.

SAS did very well over the years keepoing late picks and incubating talent!
Suns have a lot of young assets and picks.

Its not so black or white.

Tyson has a year left so I doubt we would getting anything back beyond next season unless Jackson sees a certain player(s) in his rebuilding plans. I thought Shump would get us a low first round pick. I don't know if Phil is going to wait another year for Iman to have his breakout season. He has athleticism to be one of the better SGs in the league, but I don''t know if he has the passion to fill the holes in his game. Shump posted clips of his 3pt shooting, I doubt that's the part of his game where Jackson really wants to see an improvement first.

HOw can this be, Phil knows talent and Shump is the best young player the knicks have. Wow, if Perkins comes over next year will be beyond awful.

I want Perkins as much as a slice of chicago pizza . Given his production over the last few years, especially in the playoffs, why do you feel like he would be a plus for the Knicks?

I think hes just an expiring. They have to package him with pick(s) or Utes to move his contract. Perkins is cooked.

Neither will be here past next season and the Knicks could get a first out of it if OKC wants to pay the tax and get Chandler.

http://probasketballtalk.nbcsports.com/2014/06/23/report-knicks-dangling-iman-shumpert-to-get-into-first-round/

There has been a buzz around the league for a while that the Knicks have been looking for a way to trade into the bottom of the first round somehow.

What are they dangling out there to interest teams?

Iman Shumpert, So reports Marc Stein at ESPN.

Why? To get point guard Tyler Ennis or swingman P.J. Hairston, according to Ken Berger of CBSSports.com.

The Thunder tend not to trade their picks, thinking they have the system to develop players, and that has worked out well with Jeremy Lamb and Reggie Jackson. They are more likely to keep this pick than trade it.

But I’d be surprised in one team doesn’t jump at the potential of Shumpert, if that deal is really out there on the table. For all his regression and flaws, Shumpert is likely better than anyone you find at the bottom of the first round (although I do like Hairston). Besides, it’s one year before he’s a restricted free agent, if it doesn’t work out let another team poach him with an offer.

Let's go Knicks. That's amare

It would have to be draft night deal. There's too much unpredictability between picks 20 to 40 to try and pencil in any one in a particular draft slot.
Always... always remember: Less is less. More is more. More is better and twice as much is good too. Not enough is bad, and too much is never enough except when it's just about right. - The Tick
